After driving around for 1/2 hour only to realize the (highly recommended) restaurant we wanted to go to was out of business, we decided to fall back on our standard dining location: Collingswood. This time, after poking our heads into a few restaurants on Haddon Ave., we decided to go to a Thai restaurant calle Thai Basil.
Service: 3. It took at least a full minute upon entering the restaurant before we even saw an employee. After we were seated the service was fairly decent.
Food: 4. Pad Thai & Tofu Stir Fry were both above average. Chicken and crab steamed dumplings and chocolate cake for dessert rounded out our meal.
Ambience: 4. Cozy half-circle booths were inviting. We weren't too fond of the weird music.
Value: 4. Very Reasonable prices (entrees between $10-$15)
